These South Carolina municipalities contain mapped ALPR camera locations from DeFlock/OpenStreetMap inside their boundary, but we hold no official or EFF deployment record for them. Mapped cameras found — municipal deployment not independently verified.
The Greenwood County Sheriff's Office walked reporters through its Flock search workflow, including a requirement that officers attach a case number before running a search. Hundreds of cameras operate across the Upstate as public debate grows. It is one of the few pieces showing the audit mechanics agencies cite to justify the systems.
