These Connecticut municipalities contain mapped ALPR camera locations from DeFlock/OpenStreetMap inside their boundary, but we hold no official or EFF deployment record for them. Mapped cameras found — municipal deployment not independently verified.
On Oct. 5 the South Windsor council directed its police chief to stop using Flock cameras immediately and remove them within 60 days. CT Mirror counts it as at least the sixth Connecticut community this year, after Windsor, Killingworth, Ledyard, Milford and Newtown.

Connecticut's Senate majority leader and a fellow senator asked cities and towns to voluntarily stop installing new plate readers, and pledged 2027 legislation tightening state regulation. The request targets municipalities that have each been buying in separately. It is the clearest signal yet that state law may change under the towns.
