Searcy's council voted unanimously to begin ending the city's Flock contracts after the police chief said officers largely weren't using the cameras and the city wasn't getting its money's worth. That makes Searcy at least the sixth Arkansas city to end or suspend the technology — and this one was driven by cost and utility, not only privacy.
